“Check-in clerk was very good - first words after good evening was “the elevator is not working and gushing with apologies” she was able to find us a first floor room as my wife has major back issues and trouble walking let alone stairs
Room was modernized recently and very comfortable. Breakfast was all the normal Hampton food but added chocolate batter to waffle - different
Very pleasurable overnight stay but expected to be closer to beach area for the price we paid. Would stay there again...

“There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. ”
