Our luggage was lost en route to Switzerland and the hotel not only held our non-trekking bags until our return, they accepted our bag after it was delivered several days later by the airline. “La experiencia en este hotel me ha resultado sorprendentemente agradable dado que en expedía lo tenían valorado como un dos estrellas. La recepción era acogedora y agradable al igual que el restaurante-bufett. Pero para mi gusto lo que hay que mejorar es la posibilidad de poder usar libremente mas de un plato para el desayuno y el aspecto del ascensor y el pasillo que daban a las habitaciones ya que no encajaban con el aspecto moderno de la recepción.
