We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Rooms were spotless. Kettle and hairdryer supplied. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent. A short walk to the historic town and about 20 minutes walk from the station. We didn't have breakfast but had a meal in the restaurant in the evening which was excellent.

The room was clean, large and sparse providing lots of room for storage. It seemed to be recently remodeled. The staff had great recommendations on food and things to do. There even was a discount card for different activities in the city. The location was perfect for our plans with everything easily walkable.

A beautiful hotel with unique architectural features. The views from the room, terrace and upper garden were spectacular. Excellent taxi service from & to the rail station. We were impressed by the understanding, thoughtfulness and flexibility given to us when we had to adjust our accommodation booking because of a rail strike. We appreciated having an early, delicious breakfast before our Bernina Express journey. Would highly recommend this Tirano hotel to fellow travellers.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Chur Main train Station is about 9 mins. walking distance. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Only drawback is the stairs to the Hotel reception desk. Hard to carry luggage up the stairs to the front desk.
