“The property is outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. This has got to be one of my all time fav hotels. And the spa was the cherry on top. I stayed in a manor luxe room - beautiful! The staff are busy, so don’t expect anything quick. Shambolic is a good way to explain the staffing! The lady behind the bar needs customer service training. Her huffing and puffing was not appreciated when ordering drinks. Above all, even with the shambolic faulty tower style staff I loved my stay!”

“Estábamos alojados en el piso 3 y el ascensor no funcionaba, el baño no estaba en la habitación y en la descripción de la habitación no se indica. El check in hay que llamar antes porque no suele haber nadie. Para pasar una noche no está mal. El desayuno justito. El café malísimo. Lo mejor la atención de la recepcionista, simpática y amable. ”

“Nette wel wat oudere kamer maar schoon. Airco werkte niet of onvoldoende. `We hebben dit aangegeven en de airco was niet berekend op de huidige temperaturen . Dat was in de nacht wel minder prettig ook omdat de ramen maar beperkt open kunnen. Wel een heel goed verzorgt ontbijt in een sfeervolle ontbijtzaal.”
