“Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room”

“Me dieron botella de vinonde cortesía, el desayuno muy bueno , y son muy amables, la ubicación perfecta y precio correcto”

“La habitación olía feo. Feo el decorado. No tenía muchos outlets para cargar los electrónicos. Al hacer el check in estuvimos esperando nos abran por largo rato y estábamos dentro del horario de check in. Cuando nos fuimos dejamos la tarjeta de la habitación donde nos indicaron. No había personal que te atendiera. La escalera muy angosta para subir con las valijas.”

“The Jug & Bottle is a really well run establishment. Attention to detail in all things they do is a joy to experience. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices and high quality. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Our evening meal could not be bettered. The menu was varied with a wide range of choices and the wine list excellent. Delicious food and wine and very good value as indeed was the cost of our two night stay....

“Rooms and bar needs redecorating out dated and not clean”

“Nos dieron cuartos viejos con colchones del siglo pasado, olían a caño y se les metía el frío y el ruido, hay una sección que se ve nueva y nos dieron la peor por coincidencia? Porque creen que los mexicanos traemos plumas o porque como vienes con hotels.com ya no puedes hacer nada”

“Place excellent great staff nice food only problem was there was no chair in my room if you lay on the bed you fall asleep but great place”

“Perfect location (two minute walk to daughter's house); excellent breakfasts, particularly the porridge; fun pub downstairs, loved a cappella rehearsal.”

“Third time I have stayed here. Lots to like Easy Access from Metro Station.Direct from Liverpool Lime Street Close to good beach side walks West Kirby a short bus ride away with nice coffee shops and beach. Hotel has 6 rooms the ones I have stayed in have been large, clean and have very comfortable beds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food at the upper end of Pub Grub. Hoylake is quirky with some good bars and restaurants Only slight quibble - If you arrive 20 minutes before the time of...

“Location was good and also the matras was ok. The Bath and furniture were dated, Bath rust and mold. View from the window on garbage from hotel. We had lots of flies in the room. The TV was not working properly (bad receipt most channels). No soap and shampoo at shower (both empty). No cleanup room and clean towels for 2nd night. We paid for breakfast but was poor. On tables outside in the morning they left all the bottles and glasses. They are not looking after the place. Much much too...

“Fantastic property! Very accommodating and great service, highly recommend. Great breakfast as well.”

“Staff were very good but the manager was excellent. Very attentive and always involved in everything”

“Rooms beautiful and spotlessly clean as always. Bar service and evening meal were amazing. Stayed a few times before and will be returning again. Every stay has been faultless. Didn’t have breakfast this time but I can vouch it’s definitely one worth getting up for.”
