“We needed somewhere to stay with our dog and this limits your choices. However, the Golden Fleece was very clean, good supply of refreshments in the room, shower was powerful and hot water plentiful. They even supplied a fan to cool the room, although it wasn't great, it shows a level of care and consideration for guests and was appreciated. The owners we met were friendly and I would definitely consider staying again if we visit the area again. Only negative is they need to remove the cobwebs...

The food was good and set us up for our busy days. We met Kim in housekeeping one day when we stopped by midafternoon. Our room was always spotless and looked as if we had only just arrived. “Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, originella och fint inredda rum. Fina lyxiga produkter i badrummet gav ett extra plus. Crewkerne kändes för oss som en söt dold pärla mitt i Somerset. Det är lite genomfartstrafik precis utanför hotellet men inget som störde oss, då vårt fönster vette mot den charmiga innergården. Billig parkering finns 5 min promenad bort. Frukosten är enkel och klassisk - du beställer från en meny - men äggröran otroligt god! Tänk på att det inte finns hiss, så packa...
