“The room was spotless, charming and had a great view. The steam room and sauna were amazing. The restaurant was outstanding for dinner and for the included breakfast. The included breakfast was chosen from many delicious options off a menu. ”

“We loved our brief stay at the Queen’s. My husband had been taken ill on arrival in Lerwick and we had to change our plans to let him rest up. We booked last minute and were surprised to be able to still choose a twin room with sea view. The sea literally lapped outside our window and the view was stunning. The hotel has a fascinating history and is built actually into the sea so those who complained of damp should have gone some where else. The shower was great with loads of instant hot water...

“We loved our stay at Busta and only wished we had another day there. Staff was fantastic. The front living room for tea, whiskey or just hanging out was spectacular in charm and comfort. Historic place visited by Queen Elizabeth in 1960. Connection to Shetland TV show adds another fun feature. Great location — less than an hour from Lerwick and close to north and west mainland areas. ”

“Exceptional service, food options for Gluten-free were numerous and very tasty. Restaurant pricing was reasonable. Really enjoyed the service at this hotel. The staff are just lovely. The property is a little dated to look at, but is very clean and comfortable. Lots of gathering areas thoughout hotel and very good sized rooms. Would recommend and will return if possible. ”

“El Hotel está bien en general. Buena ubicación y buen servicio, de la mano de un personal agradable. Para nosotros no fue un problema pero no hay ascensor y a nosotros nos tocó en el segundo piso, en la última habitación.”

“Simply Outstanding. Don't go by the over- or under-photoshopped pics. The place is extremely comfortable, well-sized, with a plush bathroom, all imaginable amenities, the nicest kitchen we have seen, and amazing views. Please don't forget to gaze at the stars at night. We stayed in the Learach room. Since this is the located the "lowest" of all cabins, it gets the least amount of afternoon / evening sun and limited views of the water from outside, but we didn't mind. ”
