Lovely stay at The Bracken Hide. The room was warm and comfortable, with soft bedding and a peaceful atmosphere. The beautiful setting offered fresh air and scenic views, while the friendly staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious, with fresh flavors and thoughtful presentation. The TV issue was a minor inconvenience, but overall it was a wonderful experience.

The Hides were a perfect little private get away. The staff dropped our bags off at our Hide for us which was very helpful. The restaurant (reservation needed) was very nice, the lounge was comfortable and the drinks were excellent. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed. Lovely stay, highly recommended!

Darn near my favorite property I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing view, excellent service, wonderful and unique room and property. Only down side, we were on the top at the Storr level… we like walking but that’s a bit of a tough walk. :)

We are so pleased we booked this "hotel" the cabin was very cute and comfortable for 2. The food extremely good and the customer service excellent, shout out to Mina who provided outstanding service. Oh and we loved the sauna and plunge pool. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Had a wonderful and wonderfully unique stay at the Bracken Hide and I highly recommend it as an alternative to staying in Portree which we found cramped and a bit difficult to drive around. The hotel “rooms” are really like mini Quonset huts / small living is what my partner exclaimed when we got into our “yurt” as he liked to call our accommodation. It is not a yurt to be clear. Comfy bed, well places chargers, a place for our dirty hiking boots, wardrobes for each of us to store our items, a tiny bathroom (not for larger sized folks for sure!) - fluffy towels. The views from the Bracken Hide are fantastic and we had an excellent dinner at Am Braigh the onsite restaurant - I had a scallop appetizer, a delicious filet of pollock with fresh clams and mussels. Three scoops of ice cream for dessert yum! For our second night we picked up two wonderful wood fire pizzas from Pizza in the Skye which is just down the road (and not in downtown portree). We did not take advantage of the plunge pool and sauna as we did not have room for swimsuits in our luggage but saw many people enjoying this amenity. I did buy an Isle of Skye candle from the lobby and my husband enjoyed a flight of highland whiskey - all without having to go in town and save our time for hiking Old Man of Storr and the Quiraing. I highly recommend the Bracken Hide Hotel!

We had the most perfect stay at the Bracken Hide hotel. The staff were amazing and super happy to help in all areas. We had recently got engaged and they gave us the best view in the restaurant with free champagne to celebrate. We had seen negative reviews about the walk from the main hotel to the rooms but they were vastly over exaggerated and we enjoyed the walk to our room. The sauna and cold plunge are a lovely touch especially given you book it so that it’s private for you. We ate at the hotel twice and the food was excellent both nights as well as the staff being lovely. The whisky bar was also beautiful and a lovely way to end the evening.
