“Pedí en el room service una ensalada , y me la trajeron en mal estado, le hice fotos, lo enseñé en la recepción y me la cobraron!!! No me importa el dinero pero si el detalle de haberlo cobrado cuando te entregan comida en mal estado. Escribí al hotel y ni si quiera me han contestado. ”

“We loved this hotel! The owner was fantastic to deal with. Realizing when we were going to be 45 minutes late for the check-in period (only 3 pm - 5 pm), we quickly called and they were very flexible to wait for us to show up. We stayed in the family apartment which meant we had a full kitchen available to prepare meals. This was very much appreciated. Plus we had loads of space to spread out.
