Good: Renovation: The building renovation is very nice. Everything is clean and fresh. Modern and very pretty. Room: Our room was wonderful! It was the best room we have had at any vacation! Swim up room was beyond great with shade, 2 loungers, 2 chairs, 2 end tables and an umbrella. HUGE area to hang out. We recommend B building for shade. Ocean: very clear and calm Weather: Beyond great!!! Breeze made it so I did not even sweat despite the warm temperatures. No rain. Never hurricanes. Same year around. Perfect Town: walk out of resort and just walk to the left and find so many little shops, bars and restaurants. Great prices on souvenirs. VERY SAFE unlike other islands we have been to. Staff: I want to say Luis at the buffet was beyond special. He works so hard and always has a smile on his face no matter if guest tip him or not. Please tip him because he deserves it. Palapa: This is a good and bad. They have tons on palapa but the chairs are all gone 6-7am. Get up early! BAD: The food was beyond terrible. The worst all inclusive we have stayed in for food. We starved. Sand: Very rocky and hurts your feet near resort but is better toward the ocean. Not bright white like St Thomas or Turks Towel: You have a towel card and can only have 1 towel. You have to turn it in to get another one. The towel station is a distance from the ocean palopas so was very inconvenient if you get in and out of the ocean a lot. Other wise you are laying on a wet towel all day.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms and overall property was clean. We love the dinner options but we had but kinda wish there were a few more options or that the buffet was a dinner option on the days we got back to the hotel later in the evening and wanted to keep it casual. We will definitely be back as this became one of our favorite secrets resort locations!

Clean

Everything aside from the check in process was fantastic. The beach is great, plenty of food and pool options. Convenient location. My daughter loved the kids club and staff there. Housekeeping came often and was quick. I will definitely return. My check in issue was that we were sent to our rooms with our luggage alone (my 7 year old and I) - not informed of any assistance available only to find the room wasn’t ready and our keys didn’t work. We went back to the front desk and they said to come back in a half hour but we had to come back 3 times before it was ready. We were sent to our rims with assistance this time to find out they never activated our keys so had to make another trip back to the front desk. The room also didn’t have the two chairs pictured and we didn’t get the reusable water bottles as advertised but I didn’t feel like talking to anyone at the front desk again after the check in experience so didn’t go back to ask about these things.

Perfect location, easy check in and check out process and extremely helpful host.
