“From check-in to checkout the staff was amazing. We enjoyed the decor and cleanliness of the establishment especially our room. Breakfast was delicious and the community table was so nice as we met new friends. This will be our place to stay when visiting Lucea or the surrounding area.”

“Do NOT book this property. It is not really open, there are broken items all over, the pool is not usable and they literally have a master that will allow them to enter your room whenever they want. They also don’t have front desk staff and they should be officially removed from Expedia. We arrived and promptly left after 30 minutes. STAY AWAY!!!!”

Los restaurantes a la carta divinos solo que debes reservar con tiempo hasta las 3:00 de la tarde. Muy completo en actividades y muy buena variedad de bebidas. Fue un viaje maravilloso y estadía fabulosa. Gracias”

“The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter.
