If you go to bed early then request that they don't give you any rooms near the harbor house restaurant and bar. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the entertainment at the Harbor House Restaurant.

The room was very clean and spacious. I ate in the breakfast area once. Food was very good. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal and fruit. I door poor. Outdoor area to sit, relax, eat, drink and watch the boat traffic. Marina next door. Several restaurants within walking distance with outdoor space available. Ice cream trailer with great outdoor space within walking distance as well. Great hotel!

The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast.

Booked in advance with prepaid option and ended up with the first room on the first floor - definitely worse room in any hotel especially one that does not have a door separating the rooms from the entryway/check in area. Hotel was completely booked and very noisy. Great location and we may consider it again if we could guarantee a better room. Parking was free and available.
