“The unit is clean and smells good. I just have some suggestions. Improve on your cutlery, shampoo and body wash is not sufficient. I suggest you provide dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The unit has no bottled water. I hope you can provide for your customers. The bottom door railing in the shower area is unsafe. We hit our toes several times and almost fell. ”

“The keys did not work in the lock. We could not leave until someone came to fix. When asked why the locks was not checked out beforehand, the Host made a lot of excuses including telling us it worked the last time. “The property sits along a busy heavy traffic road. The building itself is nice but needs a general cleaning. Shelves were dusty, bed sheets has unknown stains, and small cockroaches in the room. They also wanted to see my kids birth certificates. Who carries around their kid’s birth certificate? If they can correct this issues, this place will be a decent place to stay.”
