“We stayed just for 1 night. The room is a little cosy but very clean and comfortable. Shower was great but as a warning, whilst the room was marked as mobility friendly it's not wheelchair friendly. There is a step up into room and no room to manoeuvre a wheelchair into bathroom I would say. Breakfast was good quality and a good selection.”

“Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn.”

“The staff were all wonderful and helpful . It was 36c+ . The building is an old historic property with newly refurbished bedrooms . A fan was in the room to help with the heat . Small but comfortable with a lovely bathroom. My room faced the front and with the heat I needed my window open . The property is by the traffic lights so if you are traffic averse , ask for a rear room . Breakfast is continental but you can pay extra for a cooked breakfast, but not on Sundays . Room for 3 cars to park...

“Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...

“Advertised as an apartment with breakfast included. But in reality is a chalet bedroom and ensuite. Breakfast was 2 mini yogurts in the fridge, a couple of tiny croissants and cereals. Beverages are DIY. Check in is via a member of staff behind the bar in the pub. Unresponsive to phone calls with the number provided prior to the stay where I attempted to know if there was possibility of an earlier check-in but since not being able to get through I had to check-in at the standard 3pm. “Típico inn ingles en pintoresco pueblo de la campiña. Pueblo muy cuidado ,a la llegada nos dieron un mapa con un pequeño recorrido por los rincones más bellos del pueblo. Sin estar directamente en el mar es un pueblo netamente pesquero. Tiene una gran variedad de restaurantes de todo tipo y cocina. El hotel es precioso desde fuera y por dentro posee un pequeño pub donde se desayuna. La decoración es muy buena. “This venue is very traditional and in an era from 1970s. I kind of like that! Staff were lovely and food was great. Golf course was beautiful although had been suffering with this summer heat. Buggies a must for me. Didnt use the spa facilities. Love the cricket memorabilia!”
