“La alberca piso 6 ocupada 2 dias seguidos para evento privado y no pudimos usarla, INJUSTO PARA LOS QUE SOMOS HUÉSPEDES ”

“The location is convenient, easy to get to everywhere. The train and metro stations are right there. A block away from marine drive. Some noise at night. The pillows are very uncomfortable, very bouncy, I hurtled my neck one night, and had to sleep on decorative pillows.the breakfast is good, you can order freshly made dosa, with potato, cheese or honey.”

“Good and spacious room, comfortable bed. Kind staff. Breakfast was varied and with minute-made omelets. Ideal location.”

“It's a good hotel with adequate and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is perfect. It's a bit pricey compared to international chains, but again, the service is fine. The only thing I didn't like was the attitude of the young women at the front desk.”

“El hotel está de acuerdo al precio, la atención de parte del personal es buena, la zona en la que se encuentra es céntrica pero muy ruidosa y muy fea ”

“Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio”

“en un lugar a la vez céntrico y tranquilo (algo casi imposible en india) nos pareció estar casi en europa, aunque un poco caro para los precios de india, limpio, buen servicio, amabilidad; lo único que le falta son unas vistas al índico”

“The hotel was a convinent location for shopping and had lots of restaurants near it. As far as site seeing went we went in a taxi to the gate of India and to Bandra where all the Bollywood stars live. We saw Juhu beach and Santa Cruz and Likoni Bazaar and the famous Chor bazaar. We also went to Mohammed Ali Road where we saw the actual busy traffic of Mumbai along with beautiful clothes and Indian art work.”

“Well maintained hotel with great customer service”

“Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, shops were nearby, Churchgate station 10 minutes walk.”
