Lodges en Roddam

“Just back from a lovely stay at the Black Bull Inn. Staff were friendly and welcoming it's in a lovely location for parking and amenities. We had the luxury of staying in room 14 which featured a four poster bed, the room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing thank you cant wait to visit again.”

“The hotel is part of the service area on the A1 but, unlike most such hotels, it offers good food as well as comfortable accommodation. We were impressed with the welcome we received - and our dog was happy with the positive attention he received! The chap on reception was able to recommend a good parking spot in Bamburgh, where we were keen to take the dog for a long walk! All in all, a good place to stop!”

“Property has wow factor with good food and friendly staff.”

“Beautiful hotel and grounds We had a lovely relaxing two night stay in the comfort cottage. Spa was lovely and clean. The food was amazing, great breakfast and dinner and not badly priced at all. My only negative was I ordered a bottle of wine and chocolates to be in the room on arrival and this was missed. However they did offer the bring in the second day but we didn't bother as we had already had wine in the bar on our arrival.”

“Such a lovely quiet area , the garden area on good day is great to sit out in , breakfast is really good too”

“Faultless. Perfect holiday. Thank you.”

“Tha staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel is well positioned for access to A1 and local bus route to Town. The room was perfect with plenty of room and an extra large bed. We had dinner in the hotel there was plenty of choice and all freshly cooked, excellent.”

“After a last minute change of plans beyond our control, the staff really went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, even providing food outside of kitchen hours and an earlier breakfast time. Can't say enough good things, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Alnwick.”

“Second stay here. Fab place, full of character and quirkiness Great location! Great staff, though could do with a couple more as only 3 working in a very busy pub...and they worked hard and with a smile 😃 Seemed a little less loved this time, sadly, like a bit of paint was needed, but still a great place!”

“Fuimos a conocer la región de Northumberland. Este hotel es muy agradable, cerca de la entrada a la playa, y el personal es muy amable. Desayuno excelente y variado.”

“This is a lovely property that’s good value for money with friendly staff. A good base to explore the local beaches and countryside. Good food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, all served nice and hot. Overall a great stay, would go back again. Thank you!”

“Beautiful room with lots of lovely touches including the cookies and the cafeteria coffee. The choice of breakfast was really good and the coffee was great. The staff were attentive and very welcoming and gave us good suggestions of where to go and where was good to eat. A very special place we hope to go back soon. H”

“Amazing inn with super attentive staff. Highly recommend!”

“La vista y lo amplio de la habitación son lo mejor. Lo peor, que no hay una atención de conserjería sino que se maneja con los mismos empleados del bar ubicado en la plata baja.”
