Vacations Close To Boscobel House and Gardens

The hotel is very well situated, and we got great service (shoutout to Manuel at reception!). The public areas and the room were all very clean and well maintained. The room doors slam very loudly, and so when other guests leave or arrive early morning or late at night we hear doors slamming. It would be accommodating if complimentary water bottles were replenished daily and not just upon arrival. We would stay there again!

Do NOT stay here!!! This property is under renovation and consequently only 2 elevators were operational!! Is there a code violation?? This is a 52 story property and it took us 20 minutes or more to get to the lobby on more than one occasion! Guests were frustrated and once a physical altercation almost occurred when some guests tried to enter a full elevator. We stopped at every floor— guests were waiting to board an elevator. I complained twice before asking to speak to management. The on duty manager apologized but seemed unaware that such a serious situation existed. I am in the process of informing the NYC hotel code violation department and writing to the Millennium corporate office. DO NOT STAY at this hotel!!!

Perfect boutique hotel . Great location…tucked away on a quiet street. Romantic and awesome rooftop bar with great views.

Celebrated my birthday here and really enjoyed myself. Clean room, great hospitality, Oh amd the free breakfast was soooo good. Edison was the best choice. We will be returning!

I’m really glad I chose ROW NYC for my trip to New York! The location was very convenient, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite, which made the overall experience very pleasant. The property is a bit older, so the bathroom had some older fixtures and features, but the wonderful service more than made up for it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. I also completely forgot that my package included breakfast, otherwise I would have loved to comment on the quality of the food as well! Overall, a wonderful stay and a great experience.
