Beautifully renovated apartment room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom modern and overall a great experience. Very close for walking to many different restaurants, retailers and the water front.

The location was great. Though in a very busy area with a bar next door, it was very quiet. Room small, but clean and adequate with a large bathroom large.

Great quirky studio apartment! Comfortable bed, great room overall! Very modern design which we appreciated, even just little things like lights under the bed so when you get up in the middle of night it lights your way to the stairs!
Staff were really helpful and welcoming.
Even in the middle of the city the hotel room felt quiet and tucked away.
Easy 10/15 minute walk to main areas / shops and restaurants.
Would stay here again!

Fabulous stay. Very comfortable room. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Ideal for Leith and easy access to Edinburgh and airport via tram.
