Vacations Close To Riviere-du-Moulin Ecological Reserve

The staff was unhelpful, what can you do, stay away from it

This hotel is at the heart of everything you want to see. The location could not be any better! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. We had a beautiful suite that had the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a living room and kitchenette downstairs. It was far bigger than we would have thought. The room was only accessible via stairs so if you have mobility issues that is something to note for this particular room. We were thrilled with our experience and would stay there again. Also the parking (for a fee) was located a very short walk away and it was in a secure parking complex.

The staff took great care of us and our dog. Breakfast was great and they even accommodate for us to be able to have breakfast with our blind dog. Great location and great rooms we will be back

Very nice hotel. Located near the train station and about a 15 minute walk uphill to Old Quebec City. Staff was very friendly. Our room was ready so we were able to check in early, and check out a little late to accommodate our train schedule. They leave a nice breakfast of pastries and juice on a hook outside the door. It was also very quiet even though it was on a fairly busy street.

This property was clean and comfortable with an excellent location. It is in easy walking distance of many restaurants and the heart of the old town. I was able to reserve parking at the Quai St. Andre parking lot when I made my reservation, but with no explanation, it was cancelled on our day of arrival. We went to the parking lot anyway, and it had plenty of spaces and was a pay-and-display lot. I don't know how a reservation would have worked anyway. It was very convenient and easy to use. Also note if you want to cook that the lofts have plenty of kitchenware and dishes, but they do not stock any food, like coffee or cooking oil, just salt and pepper.

A wonderful stay in Quebec City! My room was lovely, quiet, spacious, and very comfortable—a perfect retreat after a full day of meetings and festivities. The location made it easy to get everywhere I needed to go, and I didn’t encounter a single problem during my stay. The staff were warm and friendly, and having umbrellas available to borrow was such a thoughtful touch on the overcast days. I’d happily stay at Le Manoir d’Auteuil again on my next visit.
