Amazing atmosphere. It was so nice to have the hottub and pool after a long day of walking Quebec City; on top of that, we got a tropical experience in Canada which is super special. Staff were very responsive and helpful as well. Whenever we had a question or needed help with the wifi, or our key cards, they were at the ready to help us out. Really great experience.

We loved the Tropical Cruise Ship feel to this hotel. It felt like a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, parking lot was well lit, they had a supervisor for the pool which was clean and heated and the hot tub lovely as well. We loved our stay here and would love to go back.

What I liked most about this hotel was the ambience created for guests. The live performances and dinner were really enjoyable, and it was honestly the first time I experienced this kind of atmosphere at a hotel. The outdoor pool and the open dining area were also great places to relax and enjoy the evening. The rooms were average, but the overall guest experience, live entertainment, dinner, pool, and ambience made the stay special. I would definitely recommend it for the atmosphere and entertainment.

Huge hotel, so much going on, so many people, so many kids. We just needed a bed for the night and it was so much more than that, it felt like people were vactioning there for the weekend, at a resort. One weird thing was that the heat was blasting in the entrance (in August, it was warm outside). The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was hot and strong, the staff were super helpful, and that's what we needed.

Our room was great for what we needed it for. I will say that the bathroom faucet was missing the filtered end to it. The stopper was missing in the sink and there was a toothbrush stuck in the drain. I did do a quick clean of the space as it looked to have splatter marks on the counter, walls and floor of the bathroom. The pool area was a highlight.

I should of read the reviews better before booking which was my fault, I went by the photos online, I must say the pool area and the vibe is very nice, loved the indoor oasis feel, and the rooms that surround the pool, but this is not a fancy hotel, I had an exterior room so my balcony faced outside, the balcony is shared with the room next to you which was different then my other experiences, the balcony door had to be locked with a pin, the bathroom needs a serious upgrade, I had tiny bugs crawling on the shower walls, what looked like black mold all over the grout, the shampoo and conditioner was watered down to the point where it would leak out of my hands, the room itself was decent, but I would not stay here again, I did mention at check out about the bugs and mold, she said she would have someone check the room.

The room was clean. Room service was quick. The staff at restaurant/bar were the most helpful and welcoming. The food was really good. The spa water wasn’t hot 2 out of 3 days. The palm tree next to it was very dry and by the end someone broke it and the pool staff didn’t clean it up for a while. At check in I was asked to put a 100$ deposit on my credit card even though I paid for my entire stay. I didn’t want to use my credit card but rather my debit and the staff said in that case it had to be $200. When I said nowhere was any of this mentioned they couldn’t explain very well the demand for a deposit and why the amount increased because I was using a debit (real money)..when I asked to write it down that I will be refunded seeing how nowhere it was written about this deposit, the staff was hesitant which put my guards up.

The night auditor who checked us is was really nice , polite and helpful, The hotel was full on this Friday night , Lots of Kids roaming around . The room and hotel are fine , you would not expect to have great amenities at that price and location . The rooms are tiered , no ports to charge your devices. The sheets where also tiered and not the cleanest , the room on the floor that we got had a pretty old bathroom, and the patio doors where not fully lockable , the tiles in the shower where popping out , shower curtain was also from the 90 . The hot tub in the main area is old and from a back yard , never saw anyone coming to check the chlorine and or quality of water as in other name brands . The pool is fine for kids , pretty messy around it and the palm trees ……towels and floaters just haging on the tiki bar Again you pay for what you get for in summer travelling , for a few dollars extra if you have it ,go closer to old Quebec or st-foy. If it’s for 1 night and you are passing by for a quick sleep and off you go , then you are all set there , no worries . If you are planing a few nights to relax and to be close to local amenities and museums , I would avoid . There is a strip club right beside the hotel , if that’s your thing Check in 5 pm ……. Check out 11 am …. Again debatable , 3 pm is pretty standard around the globe , .
