“The mattress and pillows were amazing. A great night's sleep. The food at the restaurant on the evening was amazing. Very dog friendly. Outside seating with blankets lovely touch. Well recommended. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Large corporate hotel. Decor is a bit old fashioned and dated, but very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Couldn’t fault it. Reception closes at 10pm so contact them if you are arriving late. Large car park.”

“The apartment was spotless, the view from the room was beautiful. The pub interior was like it was straight from medieval times. Lovely little village location. Had a fab time, would definitely stay again”

“Loved the old 17th century beams in the rooms and the uneven floors. Property was very quiet - even with the Football World Cup semi-final on while we were there. Staff were all incredibly helpful and loved the breakfast. 100% recommend and would love to take my dog next time as they are very dog friendly (they get a sausage at breakfast!).”

“The whole experience at the hotel was fantastic. The food was good, room was clean , the bed was comfy, the area is quiet and the staff were excellent. Ideal stop off for travelling from North to South.”
