“Everything was good”

“First let me say I have NEVER EVER given a one star review before. All we expected was a clean comfortable room. Our stay was for a Friday evening. Pros: Perfect location, walking distance to everything in the centre of Bracebridge. Room 116 was at the back of the motel, so away from the road noise. Cons: The first thing that "hit" you was the odour in the room. It smelled like stale smoke, despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room. The room was very dated, but it was the bathroom,...

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning in 30+ degrees outside heat. Free WIFI and an excellent selection of television channels.”

“The room itself was clean. I turned in my sheets and got fresh ones, just in case... At 170$/night, they should at least have a coffee machine in the room. The microwave, refrigerator and A/C worked well. The staff was accommodating and exchanged the sheets and gave us extra towels,washcloths and shampoo without hesitation. There is no outdoor pool.”
