I booked a room Tues it was confirmed the next day when I was to trave I receive an e-mail that my reservation canceled leaving trying to find a place to stay no staff no one answers phone AVOID THIS PLACE

Bug ridden room with blood and hair all over bed was told to go away when I complained. Expedia refused to refund me.

The room itself was clean. I turned in my sheets and got fresh ones, just in case... At 170$/night, they should at least have a coffee machine in the room. The microwave, refrigerator and A/C worked well. The staff was accommodating and exchanged the sheets and gave us extra towels,washcloths and shampoo without hesitation. There is no outdoor pool.

The room was extremely dirty. Stickiest carpet, I've ever seen mystery stains on wall. S and in bed as well as blood stains, hair and bed bugs. Not even a hobo, should stay here or worse. Enemy

Nobody at the office! Office was locked! Phoned their number and was told "nobody was around today"! Had to try and find another place to stay at six o'clock pm. Do not stay here...it's a big dump!!!

Floor not swept, cobwebs everywhere, obvious signs of previous flooding that was not repaired, it was like walking into a haunted house! Staff was friendly enough but not worth the stay imo

Tv was broken room was full of cobwebs and spiders no towels used shampoo building not maintained well. Will not be booking there again so not recommend this motel

We did not stay asked for money back their was blood on the sheets, black mold on the walls, bed bugs and dust all over the room. Their was a hole in the bathroom wall. And the bed was not made.

This was probably the worst stay that I have had at any hotel/motel or whatever in my life, around the world! It is like a scene out of a horror movie. The office was closed when I arrived and no one answered the phone. I did not have a room but one of the people staying there, or living there, let me stay in the room that they paid for. So I guess that was nice. I didn't get robbed, raped or murdered but that is all the good that I can say.

I do not recommend this motel. It is dirty, window is missing curton, the water stinks, the toilet seat came apart. There was no screen on the door window. The carpet extremely dirty. One of the rooms smelled cigarettes. Customers were changing rooms. Stay away. This motel should not be on the market to rent.

Not clean although the bedding smelled & looked ok….just over half a roll of toilet paper….. person in office had no idea what to do & stated that owner was called out of country on an emergency….. he gave us the key to a room & stated to have a good night….. we slept ok with no bug bites by morning….4 stations on TV 2 of which were BC news stations… 1 station sports & the latter was aptn aboriginal people television network….. there were notices on the office door from the fire department and the building code people….. both dated within the last couple of months…. there were other people appeared to be checked in when we got there. It was approximately 7 o’clock at night. The person that served us was very friendly and apologetic.

No toilet paper in the room when we got there. The lamps weren't working so we got the man to come in...he said he would go check the breaker. Never came back! Lamps remained not working. There was a stain on the floor that looked like blood. I would never suggest to bring kids to this location.

Do not stay here! I arrived to check in and the office door was locked. There was a sign posted that said if the office door is locked please callo or text these 2 numbers. I did that. There was no reply and no-one answered the ohone. I waited over half an hour and called and texted again...nothing. There were also multiple legal Notices posted about fire safety deficiencies and non-compliance to safety regulations. Do not waste you're time.

Got there at 7 p.m. after a long drive. Door on office locked. A sign gave two numbers to call...called them repeatedly. Went for dinner in town. Called again...no answer at 9 p.m. Gave up and took another hotel. They would not refund either. Suggest you call ahead during the day to confirm arrangements. I did not see in the room...number of stars on those items a guess from looking at the outside. Low cost is nice as I was by myself and not that worried...but it did not work out.

I had to leave because the room was filthy and falling apart. The first room we went to has a hole the size of a human in the ceiling and was filthy. The toilet was broken and didn't have a toilet seat. They put us in another room where the front windows was smashed and taped back together. The smell of smoke and mold was so terrible I didn't want my 9 year old son to even sit in the room. We asked for a refund because the rooms were inhabitable for humans and honestly wouldn't keep my dogs in there. The guy at the desk said I'd have to message the manager and they refused to give me a refund. BEWARE!!!!!

Though we stayed there for one night it was a pleasant stay. We stayed there with our 4 month old baby and while booking I was bit hesitant to stay in a motel thinking whether it would be comfortable for the little one or not. But trust me everything was perfect. They are maintaining the property very nicely. I would definitely book the same motel if I have to travel that side. Owner was very attentive and helpful. They are very flexible if you are in need of any help. Another added plus point of this motel is that it is on the highway so you won’t be wasting the time entering a town and coming back out while travelling. I have already recommended this motel for my friends. So go ahead and book this motel if you are searching for a place to stay along this route.

Toute une surprise. L’endroit est en bordure d’une route très achalandée, je le considérerais comme lieu pour travailleurs de chantier, gros Pick up et plusieurs très bruyants. Une des chambres avait 2 gros chiens et un chat. Alors qu’à notre arrivée, ils ont insisté à savoir si nous avions un animal. D’énormes travaux seront requis pour mettre cet établissement au goût du jour.

Keep in mind that this review is written during the COVID measures. Service was limited. Friendly staff. Room are old but functional. The killer thing is internet. Speed is less then 1mbps. So on my ipad and Iphone internet wad unusable and limited internet on my macbook. Unfortunately for this reason not return to this hotel in the future. Unfortunate because motel is walking distance to the airport.
