“Clean, friendly staff, easy check in, and overall pleasant! Note that breakfast is not available in the summer, which we learned when we arrived. Also, the beds are very springy and uncomfortable. We were super tired so slept fine anyways, but definitely consider if it’s important to you! Overall an easy and cheap stay.”

“An amazing view on lake Toya from the hotel room and the bath tub, just like presented in the pictures from the hotel. The staff was very attentive and welcomed us from the arrival in parking lot. Carried our luggage and made a personal check in seated in the lobby with a good cup of coffee. Free bar in the evening and good gaming zone with retro games. “We stayed as a family of four for 5 nights. PROS: - location was great, within walking distance to Anapuri - the breakfast was great and changed daily which was nice - the shared bathroom was clean - it did feel family friendly and we liked meeting other folks in the common area CONS: - our room was ok - the heater and fridge didn’t work and it was clean-ish - you have to walk through the dining area to access the communal showers which felt odd - the staff also utilized the common areas so...

“可以看得出是有年紀的旅店，但整體不論是房間還是澡堂都維護得很好、也非常乾淨，能看得出旅店的用心。櫃台人員很親切，為旅客詳細講解旅店設施，及介紹晚上的煙火秀。房間的窗景非常厲害！能清晰地看見羊蹄山和整個湖景，且晚上在房間裡一邊小酌一邊欣賞煙火也是一大享受。唯一稍嫌不足的部分是房間的門鎖，目前還是使用喇叭鎖，以女性獨旅者來說，會有點擔心鎖是否足夠堅固安全。”
