“Habitaciones perfectamente limpias. No hay limpieza a diario (ni falta que hace), pero sí te ofrecen toallas nuevas y cualquier cosa que necesites. Obviamente, las instalaciones no son modernas. Es un hotel antiguo, histórico, y ahí radica buena parte de su encanto. Tuvimos un problema con la accesibilidad y lo resolvieron con gran amabilidad y eficacia. El pub del hotel es encantador, y el patio, delicioso para comer o tomar algo cuando hace buen tiempo.”

“The room was clean, and the staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. I appreciated having breakfast offered. While the food was great, I found the coffee really disappointing. Having free parking with plenty of spaces available was a major draw, as was the air conditioning--there were a couple of really warm days while I stayed, it helped me to stay comfortable and sleep well. “What I didn’t appreciate was the cost of the hotel. I stayed in the same hotel a month or so before and it was half the price. I understand the cost was double because of an event in the area that I was not aware of. If that was known at the booking and I was told of it during the booking I would have gone elsewhere. Because we enjoyed our previous stay at hotel I didn’t notice the increase. Lesson learnt I guess.”

“Ideal location for Silverstone but with no AC in the room and the hot weather ,a little uncomfortable. They seem to focus more on the restaurant with the rooms and add on. Not accept place to stay so a nit more work required on the accommodation.”
