“We stayed in the Timbuktu room. There was a shower which had a built in sauna, a hottub on the balcony and mist fireplace. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and modern. The building itself was renovated had some of its historic charm but otherwise looked like a high end hotel. The pool was heated and lovely with amazing views. “The reception lady is so helpful and friendly”

“Great location, love the afternoon buffet!”

“Very nice, clean and the best spa ”

“The views are unbeatable from these rooms! Staff is very friendly and all the amenities worked great. Something to consider is that the property seems close to Bolzano on gmaps, however if you're getting there by car it's about 25 minutes outside of town up a VERY winding road. If you don't have a car, there's a bus that leaves from the train station and will drop you off right outside of the property that goes by every hour.”
