Our stay was very nice! Although the spa was really just a small pool, steam room and sauna, we had a lovely time relaxing. I had a massage which was wonderful, and the bar staff were very kind and even recommend a local wine for us to try. The room was very hot and the AC did not work, but other than that we had a great time.

We arrived quite late, and we were so well taken care of! The staff was beyond what our expectations could have imagined everybody went way above and beyond to ensure we have the best day as possible! I truly delightful and a truly magical place! There is 100% chance that I would stay again.

Place was close to small hiking spots which was great. They had a gym/spa. Area was well cleaned and the breakfast buffet was great. Staff were helpful in looking up things for you as well as print out directions. Excellent service.

The view around the hotel was just scenic. The hotel manager was so kind and thoughtful, asking how we were doing when he found out we were both feeling under the weather. I just wished there was a/c although I learned that in most if not all hotels around the dolomites area, a/c is not available in June, the time we were there. Recommended.

Beautiful, quiet, central location. The free spa was an added bonus. It had a large jet plunge pool, sauna and steam room as well as two relaxation rooms with water, tea and snacks. No air conditioner though. Generally it is cool at night but when we stayed it was not. Walking trail right beside hotel leading to town.

We had a great stay at Golden Park Resort, enjoying friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The balcony views and relaxing atmosphere stood out, and the convenient location near restaurants, parks, and a bike path made it ideal for families and travelers. Location was great for Dolomites. WIFI was well working properly for occasional business. However, my room was not prepared professionally when I arrived. No toilet paper, no shampoo, and no sauna gowns. I think cleaning staffs are not doing their duties. A roll of toilet paper was delivered to my room shortly. However, shampoo was not filled until I left after 3 nights stay, even though I requested it at the front desk. I found some broken glasses at the bottom of a small desk. My general feeling is that the staff are doing their minimum duties, meaning they are not kind.

Hotel di recente costruzione in zona tranquilla e sufficientemente distante dalla strada principale. Camera spaziosa e pulita, letti comodi. La vue était spectaculaire. Personnel serviable qui a gardé la piscine ouverte pour nous après 20:00 puisque nous sommes arrivés tard. Un bel hotel, propre, avec des chambres spacieuses, un buffet dejeuné digne d’un hotel 4 étoiles. Beaucoup de choix, des aliments santés, pour tous les goûts. Le seul bémol est qu’il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé et quoique la nuit était fraîche, il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Quand j’ai demandé à la réception pour un ventilateur, elle a dit qu’elle n’avait pas la clé pour ouvrir la salle avec l’équipement. On a quand même apprécié l’hôtel. Un beau moment.

Beautiful property overlooking the dolomites! Fantastic location, close to the center of Canazei! We were in town for the infamous Sky Race and it worked out beautifully! Max, the manager of the property was absolutely AWESOME, going above and beyond to ship items left behind and also gave my friends father a ride into town so he could be at the race finish to see us! AWESOME! My only comment is that it would have been nice to start breakfast earlier. Awesome stay, highly recommend.

Super hôtel au cœur des Dolomites. Par contre, le wifi n’a pas fonctionné durant tout notre séjour (3 nuits) et nous n’avons pas été avisé que le déjeuner était payant… donc plutôt décevant lors de notre fin de séjour de devoir payer.
