“Our room had a beautiful ocean view and was quite large and spacious. It contained two bathrooms with two showers and toilets and sinks, a mini fridge, and is sitting area in addition to a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. It was really nice to wake up and see the waves and hear them every morning, as well as listen to them as we fell asleep.”

“This property is nothing as they described online. It’s Not even in the town they have listed on the site. No Hot water No shower No microwave No Wi-Fi No free breakfast Not even a bucket without cracks to bathe Leaking sink in the bathroom that floods the floor Very poor customer service, I waited for 15-20 mins just for the staff to confirm my reservation even though she saw my full itinerary and Invoice showing full details of my purchase. She had no notification of a reservation for...

“The road leading to the hotel is under construction and very rough, it wasn’t easy to locate.”

We could have stayed in another nearby resort with similar reviews at half the price and were kind of wishing we had-though we didn’t see those resorts for ourselves. We had an ocean view room that was roomy. The bed comfortable and AC worked great. The bathroom-large and clean. But even with plenty of space, there is no place to put toiletries or hang wet things. Just a single sink. Amenities were lacking. I usually...

“The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again”

“I had a great stay at Crismon Hotel in Ghana. The staff are lovely, hardworking, organized, lively, and very trustworthy. The rooms are well maintained with daily room service, and the large pool and outdoor seating area are great places to relax. The restaurant is also very convenient, with food and room service available throughout your stay. The location is especially convenient for anyone working with industrial companies around the Tema area. One small recommendation would be to provide a...

“The space was very clean, staff very helpful especially at the reception desk. The options at the restaurant were wonderful. The grilled tilapia was delicious. I would definitely stay again.”
