I found several things ill-designed or not functioning well: the shower was leaking on the side onto the floor, the bathroom sink was not clean (or cleaned well), the table was way too high given the chair to do work, the drying rack had very few lines left. “I booked my reservation one week in advance. They took my payment and confirmed the booking, but just 11 hours before my arrival, they moved me to a substandard apartment that was far below what I had originally paid for. I also paid for airport pickup, yet the driver arrived very late. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor and very unresponsive. I will not be booking with them again. ”

“i love the fact that the rooms were clean and quiet spacious, this hotel was really helpful as i was allowed to check in ealier than the check-in time, the staff were very friendly and resourceful.”

“Location is near everything literally. Uber to the Accra mall is like $2.90usd and if u want a Uber with AC you gotta. choose Uber COMFORT. Staff was not very friendly and dont greet you with a smile. However if you ask for help they do help you. The house manager body odor is STRONG which throws you off because they need to put a AC Unit in the lobby area where he sits instead of fan that only blows more heat. If he wasn't so sweaty he wouldn't smell so awful. The owners need to do better....
