My wife and I really loved everything about the room. As we sat on the balcony, it was very quiet. The room was extremely clean very gracious for the five bottles of water that was in the refrigerator because we arrived with no water and we was extremely thirsty. The staff, Mr. Joseph, the host was extremely professional and kind The air conditioner. OMG is a 10 out of 10.

The room was functional, good shower facility and clean enough. Little things spoilt the experience - lights not working intially although quickly replaced, side lamps and aircon remote controls not working. It took ages to get a 2nd key, towels weren’t always replaced. You have to request things via the agent managing the property rather than reception staff which can delay things. Overall the experience was ok at best - doesn’t feel luxury to me. If you have small kids you can’t use the pool as the shallow end is not shallow enough
