“Great location. Very central. The room is clean the only issue is mosquitoes so bring some repellent like Lavender Room Spray or a Zapper. Love the cacao hot chocolate every morning. Since I have some dietary restrictions I could only enjoy the eggs and a few served breakfast but I am fine with it as it was expected. The ladies are very welcoming and the staff are helpful. I am looking forward to my next stay at this place. Thank you 🙏”

“Aging property with excellent staff. The property was once grand, but is showing cracks, literally, as our room had cracks in the wall. The staff couldn’t have been better. From the rooftop bar staff to the staff at breakfast and the excellent front desk. This was a very good stay and a welcome rest from the grind of our trip to Mindanao. Despite the shortcomings of the aging, I would stay here again due to the excellent staff.”

“The coffee served at breakfast tasted good. It was Davao coffee excelsa. Near to the San Pedro Cathedral walking distance. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The downside is the room that I got doesn't have a functional TV. The shower head needs replacement. Aircon remote needs to be replaced. Overall stay was good for the price. Anyways, was always out.”

“Decent room for the price but the WIFI is too SLOW. can't even reach inside the rooms. Hopefully they will upgrade their wifi coz they are a hotel in the city center yet no wifi.”

“Upon arrival we were greeted by at our car by helper’s to bring belongings up to the main house/ office. They were doing upgrades since pics had been posted. And concrete work on a drive area. The decent down to beach front is about 70 to 80 steep steps and inclines. There are 6 main huts there on the beach. Air-con and water heater in each. They are maintained and clean. You have a person assigned to you at the time you arrive to help with all your needs taking stuff down,foods,drinks. Our...

“The hotel was outdated,our room specially is old and the bathroom is old ,facilities old,the flush is weak in the toilet.Location is ok ,it's in the city,but in the 6th floor seems haunted where we were assigned.its like nobody was there except us.Staff are okay breakfast is ok.”
