We had a wonderful stay at Finest Punta Cana and enjoyed it so much that we extended our vacation an extra night! The resort is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Day and night, we saw staff constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. The pools were spotless, and we even noticed the water being checked daily. The food was excellent. We especially enjoyed Insieme Italian, The Market Kitchen buffet, Surf & Turf, the amazing Tomahawk steak at Dommo, and the lobster and lunch at Duke’s. The staff truly made our vacation special. Dihianna at The Market Kitchen deserves special recognition from management. She was incredibly attentive, warm, charismatic, and provided exceptional service. Ronny at the Excellence Club bar was also outstanding—amazing cocktails, excellent service, and always friendly. He deserves recognition as well! Special thanks also to Humberto and Jairon at the pool bar for their great cocktails and friendly service, Noelany at Excellence Club reception for being so attentive, and Carlos, who welcomed us with his wonderful outgoing personality. The only downside was the beach, which had strong waves and seaweed, although the staff worked constantly to keep it clean. We also had some confusion when extending our reservation, so communication between reservations and the front desk could improve. Overall, an excellent experience. We would definitely return!

This was our second trip here, both times we have had the room with the rooftop lounge/hottub. Staff are very polite, nice and helpful. Never had an issue with staff or the facilities. Our room was pretty warm, but after speaking with the butler, it was addressed and it was a bit cooler, not great but certainly cooler. The other issue was the water pressue in the shower. with the rainfall shower head it's not getting any pressure at all. And 2 days we had to use the hottub to bath in because there was zero hot water coming out. Not that it wasnt hot enough, but just not hot water. The water pressure both of those times were just a trickle; but i found that if we showered a later or ealier times it was much better. I just chocked it up to busy shower times. I didnt let that overshadow our vacation, but it was a low point. Drinks are awesome, food was descent-pretty good. I like that tipping is appreciated by all, but never expected. What i mean is that you dont get service based on if or how much you tip and no one stands around waiting on a time. It's just good service as long as the bar or restraunt is open. Very nice people and clean facilities and nightly shows are great fun to see. beautiful picture taking opportunities, I recomend hireing the phtographer for a session. Pay for only the pics you want or a package deal. I would go again and will. Second time here and 2 times at a differnt resort in Punta Cana. 4 years in a row. We love it.

The room was ok. I did expect better. The sofa bed in the room had stains and had a musty smell. The restaurant food was good, not great. I also expected a higher standard customer service. I forgot a couple of items which they found and asked for the process to return them to me. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up due the wait time. I also email twice giving them a few a days to respond yet still no response. At this point I consider my items lost. Overall, the resort in general did not exceed my expectations.
