The staff was amazingly helpful! So kind. I took my daughter here for her 21st bday and she loved it. It’s very laid back not too wild of a party atmosphere but it was really good. The food was great. We had a blast. Lifeguard made me daughter feels safe and actually provided a life jacket to reassure her safety. Hotel manager made sure to get room decorated for her bday. Everything was on point. Thank you hm alma!

I had an amazing stay at HM Alma de Bayahibe. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. While there isn’t one individual I can single out, every employee I encountered contributed to making my vacation enjoyable and memorable. The resort was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It provided the relaxing atmosphere I was looking for, making it easy to unwind and enjoy every day. The food, accommodations, and overall ambiance exceeded my expectations. Transportation to the resort was smooth overall, although there was a slight delay with my airport pickup due to traffic. Once I arrived, everything went seamlessly. What impressed me most was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you to everyone at HM Alma de Bayahibe for providing such a wonderful experience. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to returning. I would gladly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway in the Dominican Republic.

This property is a nice place even it's not front beach have acces to a nice Beach ,Dominicus turquesa waters and thiny sands two wood pier where you can take nice pict and fresh Shade . You can get this beach walking for 15 minute but this property offers free round trip from this property to the Dominicus beach every 30 minutes from 9am to 5 pm

Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations! We went here for our honeymoon, and I saw mixed reviews. The all inclusiveness is fantastic- the food, staff, and bar were absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations! The only issues we had were that the beds were super uncomfortable, the staff doesnt actually clean the sheets or room they just tidy it, and it was hard to talk to almost anyone (I reccomend brushing up on your spanish a bit before arriving!). There were some mix ups and problems, but the staff fixed them instantly and were cordial about it! 8/10, would definitely plan to stay here again.
