Vacations Close To Billy Bay Beach

I had an amazing time nice little get away spot. Quiet area, the room was nice and clean I would visit again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

The resort was very well keep,the staff there is very friendly,kind and willing to make you feel at home .The staff I enjoyed the most was kymaria the fitness guy he made my stay: very very fun entertaining guy .The ocean, beach,pool, all has a very beautiful view .The only issue I had with this resort was a loud noise coming from the pool causing me some sleep less night and the vent over the bed dripping water from time to time.other than that I love this resort would definitely stay there again.the food was great also.

After all the fun we had , we left without jacket & set of car keys , tried 10000000 times calling front desk No picking up , so frustrating I ended it up calling Montego Bay hotel to transfer my call to Riu Reggae hotel Got a chance to talk about issue, sent email to customer service Now WAITING game to see how the staff resolve this situation.

Enjoy and experience everything

I was extremely disappointed with our experience at this resort. From the beginning, the service was frustrating. We had to call multiple times just to get a blow dryer and to have the mini fridge restocked. Unfortunately, those were minor issues compared to what happened during our stay. We traveled as a large group and had approximately 10 rooms, and nearly every room had some type of problem. We saw more than one cockroach, and my daughter also had roaches in her room. One of the room doors actually came off its hinges and fell on my grandson, which was extremely upsetting and a serious safety concern. Another room had a leak. The food was terrible, and there were very few activities or things to do during the day. This was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation for our family, but we spent far too much time dealing with problems that should never occur at a resort. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this resort to family or friends, and I personally would not return. For a large group spending their time and money on a vacation, we expected a much better experience.
