“When we arrived it took the staff a while to delete the key codes to the room and program the code for our stay. There was a live bug on the bed (it was not a bed bug) however there was a large gap at the bottom of the door allowing entrance to bugs. The light on the night stand did not work. The mini-split unit was loud enough my husband used ear plugs.”

“I had a reservation for 4 nights, also received a confermation and itinerary number from hotes.com, but upon arrival I found that hotels.cim never made the reservation with the place I was staying.
