This is a nice little motel and has worked well for our annual float trip. A few of our friends mentioned that the AC units in their rooms weren’t putting out enough and they got a little warm, but our room stayed nice and cool. We brought a fan to help circulate the air, which worked great. The motel is clean, close to several food places, and only a short drive to the river. We stay here every year for this trip and will definitely be back.

Wonderful staff, older motels, very clean.Really liked soft comfortable bed, mirrors, USB charging ports on night table, alot of nice touches. Afraid would hear neighbors or traffic in parking lot- didn't which was nice. Felt very safe, one night , went to car and family were playing UNO at picnic table. Black out curtains- weak, need new ice machine in office. Kayaked 2days, never did get in pool, but others seemed to enjoy it. But would definitely stay here again, great location to rivers.

Very friendly, helpful owners who like their guests! Comfortable bed, great heating, good TV-streaming selection, defrosted mini-fridge (!), clean microwave, surprisingly well-supplied/equipped for an older property. Pristine swimming pool with deck chairs, safe parking, quiet, convenient right off the highway, close to Current River activities. Convenient espresso coffee shop onsite.

Van Buren Stay

One of the few inns in the area, this stop has become one that I frequent on business trips. The rooms are super comfortable, and the price is within my allowed traveling budget. Beds have well enough sheets to keep a soul from freezing in the night which is more than I can say for most of the other hotels I frequent with similar price ranges. Staff is very friendly. They don’t offer a breakfast, which isn’t really a big deal for me since my company will take care of that somewhere else, but something travelers should be aware of. Would recommend.
