The room was clean, and the owner is very friendly. There are some restaurants and small supermarkets nearby. If you want to get to other parts of the island and didn't rent a car there are local buses and taxis.

Parking is available directly in front of the building. The receptionist, Youssef, is present every day and is very courteous and always ready to help. The rooms and bathrooms have been fully renovated, offering a fresh and comfortable stay. While the residence is not located on the beach or within walking distance of one, it is only a 15–30 minute drive to most beaches in Saint Martin. Overall, it offers very good value for the money.

Location is nice, local transportation is right outside the hotel. You can walk to Great Bay Beach and Philipsburg town if needed (about 30 min). Restaurants are near by with good and affordable food. Room was cozy and pretty big. We enjoyed our stay very much! Specially thanks to Joseph who assisted us daily. Recommend to rent a car to explore the island. Will def come back!
