Boardwalk is nice but the haggling was annoying
Philipsburg is not all the way back yet after the hurricane. Too many closed up/dilapidated hotels/restaurants. The beach in Great Bay is nice and clean though.
Lots of good shopping, I felt safe walking around all day
Too many sales people try to push everything.
The days vary widely based on how many ships come in. Many of the beach bars and restaurants start closing down around 4, and Phillipsburg is pretty quiet by 6pm.
