The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was impeccable! They put a bottle of wine in my room on my birthday. The front desk was amazing and also the housekeepers.

beach view and location are great.
hotel and staff are ok at best.
For a quality resort i would not expect this level of dissatisfaction: kids in adult only pools, pools & deck areas not clean. people smoking at pools, playing speakers. limited adult only food options. on multiple occasions no cups at pool.
