Ample room accommodation with full kitchen amenities. Pleasant balcony with water view. Additional electrical outlets would be helpful. Plenty of hot water for washing and showering. Fine location with many quality restaurants nearby. Burger King and a fully stocked supermarket within 1 block. I would definitely stay here when visit St. Maarten in the future.

The property is ideally located with plenty of shops, markets, casinos, restaurants and beaches all in walking distance. The room was more like a condo with a kitchen and huge balconies and common areas. One elevator was broken but you barely noticed. The working elevator was very quick and the wide staircase was easily accessible if you choose. Please don’t go there and ruin it!

I really like the location of the hotel. It was walking distance and close to the strip. I liked the staff everyone was so very helpful and nice people. Bell hop was on standby to help bring up your bags. They were able to accommodate my room to an upgrade. This facility to me is an older hotel needs to be renovated and updated. The elevators were super nice but small. The rooms are ok not the best unless you get a beach view balcony. Which we did and it was such a beautiful and amazing view. Very close and walking distance to the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas included in your stay. We had no noise issues quiet during the week. They did not have any breakfast in the lobby which sucks. But overall stay was a 7.5 out of 10.
