Vacations Close To Philadelphia Shakespeare Theatre

Nice facility. Lobby was nice, but I think there was some sort of leak coming from above. Large bathroom and nice shower. The phone in our room didn't seem to work. The furnishings in the room were nice. There were many amenities.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at a Hyatt property and this is the second time we’ve been thoroughly impressed by the staff and property. Super friendly and super helpful staff. We love the cleanliness and vibes of the property itself. Valet was waaaaay too expensive though.

Nice location to catch subway. Noise free and there is a super market close to the property. Staff is very good.

One of the nicest experience, from the moment we walked in the staff was amazing. With not just us but everyone around us. They all made us feel like we were important. The cleanliness is what was not great, they cleaned but there were stains on our sheets and no fan in the bathroom. But they were so nice in putting my sons toys on his bed and cleaning the trash each day. I would highly recommend due to the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. You truly felt taken care of. Great location and great people !

The hotel was at a great location! Easy walk to Love Park, Reading Terminal Market, the Convention Center and City Hall. Plenty of public transpertation near by.

The outdoor pool closes at 6pm don’t expect a night swim with tiki huts and glowing water poorly represented with 0 explanation
