The computer system went down when we were checking in. It took them 2 hours to get us a room and they gave other people who came after us rooms. I had to get angry to get a room. It took 5 minutes of running the water to get hot water. The bathroom door was hard to close. At brunch Saturday morning, the waffles and French toast were hard. However, the rooms were very clean and well appointed. The staff were generally very nice and helpful. Valet parking was great.

The customer service is what made this trip so great. All the managers were very helpful, we had a super early flight and everyone was tired so they were able to check us in early. We went for the World Cup game and they had a late menu for those of us coming in after the game. That was very thoughtful. So all around very great customer service. Only thing, they really need to clean the rooms better, it was really dusty and covers had stained.
