“It's a old inn,built 1915 i think.beautiful,they have 3 floors your right in the heart of petoskey,bayview.nice breakfast goes with rooms.they do not have any elevators.you can ask the desk to help with luggage.enjoyed my visit.”

“If anyone is planning on renting from this place, dont use room 12. Temperature went down to 45 degrees outside (night-time) and when I called the after hour assistance line ( who lives 5 hrs away) and explained that our unit was cold and need heat. Her response was, they were planning on turning the boiler in the am and for tonight they would issue a portable heater ( which helped a bit). The next day (I worked and came home at 7:30pm) , the room was still cold, the thermostat on the wall said...

“Excelente ubicación. Hotel muy bonito y conveniente. Tiene cargador de coche eléctrico lo cual es súper conveniente. El desayuno estuvo bueno también y todo muy moderno y bonito 10/10”

“Based on the pictures and ratings, I didn't realize that the structure was more like a motel and not a hotel. Meaning, you walked to your room from the outside. The walls were thin and you could hear conversations, noises from adjoining rooms. The grounds were beautiful and it was very clean, however. The AC was a noisy wall unit. I can see where most would not have a problem with a motel type atmosphere, but for us, we prefer something different.”
