“The accommodation was great, with a separate living/kitchenette area, It was well equipped and comfortable. The garden was also lovely. The only negative was loud knocking sounds from the plumbing in the neighbouring room which seemed to happen whenever the occupant used any water but hopefully this may be easily remedied. The location suited my travel needs and was a good place to stay - thanks.”

“I don’t often write reviews, and when I do, it’s usually to complain! I was also a little sceptical when I saw Belle Vue’s exceptionally high rating, but after staying there, I completely understand it. The guest house really was exceptional. The décor was stylish, the bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the location and grounds were lovely. The owner was friendly, accommodating, and flexible, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and felt it offered...

“A useful stop on the way to Burghley. Pie very nice. But check you get the right room you booked when checking in. We booked the more expensive room 2 which says a king bed, but ended up with a very small double. Didn’t notice until we got into bed. Booking clearly said room 2 and advert states king size. Not a great night sleep.”
