The location is very good if you want to see the colonial zone. But we have issues that couldn't be solve even though was easy to fix, first the tv control didn't work, I went to reception 4 times and only got promises and nothing else, the same was for the key of the safe box, so all this time documents and money were unsecure during our stay.

Mejorar la calidad y variedad de los cocktails y tragos de los bares, Falta mejorar variedad y calidad de comidas y tragos.

Beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff. Rooms were nice and cool throughout the day.
