She even upgraded our room and offered us refreshments. The whole building is charming, with tasteful decor. The room itself (and bathroom) felt quite luxurious, were very clean with all amenities as advertised. Our only regret is that we only stayed the one night and couldn’t be there longer. We would absolutely...

“The food here is amazing and you can't beat the location for touring North Wales. Janna was the star of the place. That said, the room needs serious maintenance. The mattress was completely shot—sagging with metal springs that poked into my body every time I moved. ”
