Vacations Close To Roosevelt Park

Overwhelmed with disappointment. Given the price point I believed this to be not less than a three star and likely a four star property. Initial room was quite small. Floor had large bump next to bed over which I tripped. Black mold in the shower. No guest information in the room. Front desk not in any sort of uniform, so I wasn’t sure who actually worked at the property. Manager did move me from north building to south building on the second morning. The room was better and had a small kitchen. But again, mold in the shower, and generally run down. The ‘balconies’ were not operable. This property is a pass for sure.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the shower had mold and mildew.

The location is great! The Hotel is dated und needs to be deep cleaned. Pictures and wall covering were torn and broken. No water heater/ coffee maker standard in every highway motel. Ancient cooling system that could not be adjusted. It was a trip back in time. Nothing modern or new.

Good location for visiting MSG. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. For an older Hotel it was kept up well.

My husband and I are completely disappointed in our stay. For the money we paid we at the least expected to have a working ice machine in the hallway, a bucket to put ice in, or a mini fridge, no blankets on our bed but a simple thin sheet. To add it smelt like weed in our room and hallway. It’s just extremely disappointing as we had been looking forward to this time.
