FREEZING COLD SHOWERS AND LYING MANAGERS!! We stayed at the Woodspring Suites that just opened up right next to Menlo Mall, right behind Pancake house and quite honestly the stay was awful. Other than the location, and apparent cleanliness of the rooms there was nothing else to compliment about the place. The water temperature would originally not get above maybe a lukewarm, we were subsequently switched into room another room (a supposed upgrade), and immediately notice two dirty pillows with markings on them, and the shower, FREEZING, not a second did it get warm. Mind you this is a hotel that quotes $140 a night. Then when we subsequently notified the front desk, all they could do was offer me another night at a $30 discount. Ridiculous, why would I want to stay another night at a hotel where I can’t have hot water, dirty pillows, and on-top of that have to pay. I never write reviews but I’ve stayed at hotels from the worst of the worst to the best of the best, and this one stuck to to me as poor quality, and even poorer customer service, with no empathy for their customers. I must specifically mention the General Manager whose name I didn’t get (an older caucasian female) and assistant manager Salvatore told my expedia that they offered me a complimentary night and I declined it. WHICH IS A LIE. Subsequently causing me to receive no compensation from anyone. I have contacted choice hotels to notify them about their management team, but this was just unacceptable.
