Vacations Close To McLean Park

This is not the room I paid for and I respectfully request a refund. Our unit was completely outdated, barely had any water pressure, no living/seating dining area, and 2 very run down beds with a miniature tv. No kitchen. The pictures showed a full bath, king bed, and couch with seating area, not to mention an ocean view with balcony. Our unit did not even have a balcony. This is wrong on so many levels to take someone’s money like this and I will be requesting a chargeback from credit company as well as continuing to review if not corrected. Please make this situation right.

The room was dirty. Furnace was dirty and vents were full of dust . Floors were dirty and smelly. The bed frame was broken and loud. Coffee machine broke. Furniture needs updating. Room is not cleaned if you are there for 4 or less days. Disappointed. Will not return.
