We enjoyed the location and amenities provided. However our room was not clean. The floor had not been vacuumed or mopped upon arrival. The room was fine but the finishes were old and worn. There were cabinets missing hardware and stains on the doors that would not wash off. The curtains and lampshades were torn. Some of the plates and dishes kept in the room were dirty, but stored in the cabinets. We enjoyed the pools and beach access and the grounds he’d been pretty well maintained. I would not stay in the same room again.

Staff and location were terrific during the stay only down side is that on our final day we noticed something on the bed after my wife woke up our 7 month old. There were bed bugs! Checked all around the bed and found multiple. Staff was great until I notified the manager and they didn’t seem to surprised. I will NEVER return. I had to throw away multiple suitcases and put all of my belongings into trash bags just so I can return home and deal with this mess.

Everything went smoothly with our vacation and the property was well taken care of. Everything was as expected and enjoyed. We will return again.

Hen you booked for the Caribbean resort and villas don't be surprised if your room is not on site.

Our stay can be defined by the word OKAY. The best thing about the resort is the location to the beach and the pool/waterslides. Otherwise the property is clearly aging and in need of updating. The television channels were limited and rooms could use some TLC. What got us the most this time was the extra parking fee- $15/day- more than most airports! We have enjoyed our stays over the years but at some point the value is gone and best just to stay somewhere else next year.
